Clark & Washington makes every effort to keep your bankruptcy filing costs down.  In most cases, we can file your petition for the filing fee only. 

Chapter 13 - Unlike many of our competitors, Clark and Washington does not charge any up front attorney’s fee.  In most cases, 100% of our fee is paid through your Chapter 13 plan by the Chapter 13 trustee.  Your up-front cost for Chapter 13 is only $274, which is the Court filing fee. 

Chapter 7 - Unlike many other bankruptcy firms, Clark & Washington asks for the filing fee of $299 only to start your Chapter 7 case.  You can pay the attorney’s fee in monthly installments of $250 per month over several months.  In most cases, the attorney’s fee for Chapter 7 will be around $1,000.
